It is best, for the health of yourself especially, but also your massage therapist and those that you will both come into contact with, NOT to receive massage therapy when you are with a fever or feel like you are under the weather. Even though you would think it would feel good, receiving massage therapy while ill can exacerbate your symptons, making you feel much worse.
